We congratulate Prof. Stefan Borgwardt on being named a Clarivate highly cited researcher for the fifth year in a row. Following his achievement in previous years, this is a tremendous achievement and underlines the importance of his scientific work.
This award is given to the most influential experts across scientific research fields who have been within the top percentile (1%) of citations. Specifically this year, an in-depth analysis of the nominees’ work ensured that scientific misconduct has not been performed by the nominated researchers. This increases trust in the resulting list and in turn in science.
